Well, my username doesn't really have any glorious meaning behind it, but here's how the story goes:

Me, my brother and pi_ankh were playing Scrabble once [you know, the game where one gets letters and has to form words from it]. Well, then at one point of the game my brother only had letters F, Ö, N, U, L, Y and N in his hand. There's no way in hell to get any kind of Finnish word out of those, and he got frustrated and mad.

So, he formed a word fönulyn, and said that it's definitely a real word. When we argued he just said that once he'll be a dictator and have his own country, and he's going to call the capital of the country Fönulyn. The country had a name too but I don't remember it anymore.

Then when I needed an username to lj I thought of that, and decided that it would make a good username :D Of course they don't take 'ö' here so I needed to simplify it to 'o', and so fonulyn came out.

I kinda like the username, it's simple and easy enough to remember. And it's 100% original and no one else has the same name anywhere at least as far as I know XD So, a big thanks for my beloved little brother for that too :D
